I found this recipe for a healthier version of Sloppy Joes. I thought it was very easy and had great flavor. Enjoy!

Steps:
- Add 1 1/2 cans Sloppy Joe Mix and remaining ingredients. Cook on high 4 hours or until the chicken shreds. If you are home, turn the chicken and potatoes every hour or so if not, it is not necessary. If potatoes are not cooked you can take the chicken out and shred and continue to cook potatoes. Then return the chicken and extra sauce heat through. Serve on rolls or with crusty bread and a healthy salad.
