Slow Cooker 4th of July Chuck Roast Barbecue Sandwiches image

I made this for the 4th and it was an easy dinner to put together while my family was able to spend some time together. It doesn't have to be cooked just for the 4th of July.

This recipe is a great way to use up leftover chuck roast. I had some leftover from a pot roast I made the night before and it worked perfectly in these sandwiches.

I made a few changes to the recipe, but the sandwiches still turned out great. I used a different type of barbecue sauce and I added some chopped vegetables to the beef.
