[email protected]I made this for my in- laws, who are quite picky about their food. To my surprise, they both loved it! The beef was tender and juicy, and the gravy was rich and flavorful. I'll definitely be making this again.

[email protected]This recipe is a keeper! It's definitely going into my rotation of go-to comfort foods. The only thing I might change next time is the type of potatoes. I used russet potatoes, but I think Yukon Golds might be better.

[email protected]I'm not a big fan of red wine, so I used a mixture of white wine and apple cider instead. The stew still turned out great and I didn't notice any wine flavor at all.

[email protected]I'm a vegetarian, so I made a meat-free version of this recipe and it turned out really well! I used a plant-based protein blend instead of the beef, and the stew still had a lot of flavor. I'd recommend this recipe to anyone, regardless of their饮食 h

[email protected]While the flavor was on point, the beef was a little tough. I think I might try cooking it in a pressure cooker next time for a more tender result.

[email protected]I'm on a low-carb diet, so I appreciated the fact that this recipe is keto-friendly. The stew turned out great, and I didn't feel like I was missing out on anything by not eating rice or potatoes.

[email protected]This recipe was a bit more time-consuming than I expected, but it was worth it in the end. The beef was delicious and the gravy was nice and thick. I'll probably make this again on a special occasion.

[email protected]I made this for a potluck and it was a hit! Everyone loved it and I got so many compliments. The only thing I changed was the carrots - I used baby carrots instead because I prefer them.

[email protected]I'm usually not a fan of stews, but this one convinced me otherwise. The use of red wine and balsamic glaze gave it a unique and delicious flavor profile. Served with mashed potatoes, it was comfort food at its best.
