Slow Cook Lamb Chops image

This is my favorite recipe for lamb chops. It's great for people who are trying lamb for the first time, since the meat turns out extra tender and tasty. I decided to wrap the chops in bacon because that's how I've always done venison. I think it really enhances the flavor. -Sandra McKenzie Braham, Minnesota

This recipe was a disaster. The lamb chops were overcooked and the sauce was too salty.

I followed the recipe exactly and the lamb chops were tough and the sauce was bland. I'm not sure what went wrong.

The lamb chops were a bit dry, but the sauce was amazing. I would recommend using a different cut of lamb, such as leg of lamb or shoulder, for a more tender result.
