Steps:
- In a nonstick skillet, saute turkey, onion, bell pepper and garlic until turkey is browned.
- Drain turkey if needed.
- Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Serve over split hamburger buns, cornbread or warmed tortillas.
