Time 40m

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 lb lean ground beef
1/2 c diced onion
15 oz can hunt's manwich sauce
3 c bisquick mix
2/3 c milk
2 Tbsp margarine, melted
2 large eggs

Steps:

  • 1. Cook and stir beef and onion in large skillet until beef is cooked through and scrambled; drain. Stir in Manwich. Heat through. Remove from heat and set aside. Generously grease a 12 cup bundt cake pan. Mix together the Bisquick, milk, margarine and eggs; beat vigorously for 30 seconds. Spread 2 cups of the batter in bottom and about 2 inches up sides and center of pan(around tube). Spoon beef mixture evenly onto center of batter. Drop remaining batter by teaspoonfuls about 1/2 -inch apart onto beef mixture and spread to cover meat. Bake in 375^ oven about 25 minutes until light brown and firm. Invert on serving plate. Kids usually like this. --- Note: Just think of all the mixtures you can put inside of this batter! How about a Reuben, Want the recipe. Let me know. I got it.

This recipe was a total disaster! The sloppy joes were burnt and the bundt pan was a mess.

I found that the sloppy joes were a bit dry. Next time, I would add more sauce.

The sloppy joes were a little too messy for my taste, but they were still very good.

I used a gluten-free bun and this recipe was still delicious. It's a great option for people with dietary restrictions.

I added some extra vegetables to the sloppy joe filling, like chopped bell peppers and onions. It turned out great!
