Sliced Chicken With Broccoli image

This recipe originally came from one of my mom's Chinese cookbooks, but I've modified it to suit my tastes. I don't like broccoli in many things, but in this, I love it!

This dish was a disaster. The chicken was tough, the broccoli was overcooked, and the sauce was bland.

This dish was a bit too bland for my taste. I added some extra garlic and ginger to the sauce, which helped to improve the flavor.
