Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together mashed sweet potatoes, sugar, butter, vanilla, cinnamon, eggs and sour cream. Spread in a casserole dish. Mix together the topping ingredients and sprinkle evenly over the sweet potatoes, covering the top as much as possible. Bake for 25-30 minutes until topping is browned and crunchy.
