Skyline® Dip image

A quick and easy Cincinnati favorite! Excellent dip. Garnish with jalapeno peppers and serve with tortilla chips.

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, slightly softened
2 (16 ounce) cans chili without beans (such as Skyline Chili®)
2 cups shredded mild Cheddar cheese, or more to taste

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Spread cream cheese evenly in the bottom of an 8x8-inch baking dish; top with chili. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over chili layer.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until cheese is melted and bubbling, about 15 minutes.
