3 cloves garlic, peeled
2 tablespoons water
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons mashed potato
1 tablespoon ground almonds
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1 cup extra-virgin olive oil

Steps:

  • Place all the ingredients in a food processor. Blend until smooth and chill in a small bowl.
