This cocktail is a bit too sweet for my taste. I would recommend using less simple syrup or adding some club soda to balance out the sweetness.

I'm not a fan of Campari, but I actually really enjoyed this cocktail. The grapefruit and lime juice help to balance out the bitterness of the Campari, and the result is a refreshing and flavorful drink.

I'm not sure what went wrong, but my cocktail turned out really bitter. I think I might have used too much Campari. Next time, I'll be sure to use less.

I was pleasantly surprised by how easy this cocktail was to make. I didn't have any Campari on hand, so I used Aperol instead, and it turned out great. This is a great recipe for a quick and easy weeknight cocktail.
