Steps:
- 1. Prepare the celery, onion and cabbage.
- 2. In a large skillet, saute the sausage over medium heat until brown; drain.
- 3. Add the onion and celery to the skillet and saute for 3 to 4 minutes. Add the cabbage and cook, stirring often, for 8 minutes.
- 4. Add the sausage, broth, and remaining ingredients. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook 10 minutes more, or until cabbage is tender. Serve while hot with mashed or fried potatoes.
