With its great combination of flavors and ease of preparation, this is one of my favorite dishes to make when we have overnight guests. Serve it with scrambled eggs for a complete meal...with little fuss!

I was disappointed with this recipe. The chicken was dry and the potatoes were not crispy. The sauce was also too bland. I would not recommend this dish.

This dish was a bit too spicy for me, but my husband loved it. The chicken was tender and the sauce was flavorful. I would make it again, but I would use less chili powder next time.
