Sinful Potatoes image

This recipe was given to me by my friend Irene, it is truly 'sinful and delicious". Please enjoy it!!

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 lb Velveeta cheese
2 lbs frozen hash brown potatoes
1 pint mayonnaise
1/4 lb bacon, fried and crumbled

Steps:

  • Melt the cheese in a double boiler and mix with the potatoes and mayonnaise. Put mixture into a buttered 13x9 inch baking dish and top with the crumbled bacon. Bake at 350* for 45-60 minutes.
