This recipe was passed down from my Scottish grandparents. But it is a very old dish, going back to the ancient Greeks. It's still great! Feel free to jazz it up any way you like.

Steps:
- 1. Brown the beef. Salt and pepper to taste.
- 2. Pour in the soup and 3 cans of water.
- 3. Add onions, potatoes, and carrots.
- 4. Bring to boil and cook for 30-40 minutes (until a fork goes into and pulls out easily from the potatoes).
