Simple Greek Yogurt Egg Salad image

Greek yogurt gives this dish a healthy kick, but the brown sugar makes sure no one even knows it's in there! Very kid-friendly.

1 tablespoon brown sugar
8 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
¼ cup chopped celery
¼ cup chopped green onion
2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
2 tablespoons yellow mustard
¼ teaspoon dill weed
¼ teaspoon paprika
ground black pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Whisk yogurt and brown sugar together in a bowl. Add eggs, celery, green onion, relish, mustard, dill, paprika, and black pepper; mix well.
