~ Simple Brine Grilled Chops ~ image

Number Of Ingredients 7

4 bone in chops
2 c water
1 1/2 Tbsp kosher salt
1 tsp garlic powder
2 1/2 Tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp italian seasoning
olive oil

Steps:

  • 1. Mix the brine ingredients and place in a large zip lock baggie. Add chops and refrigerate for 2 hours. flipping every once in awhile. When ready to cook, rinse chops, pat dry - drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle fresh cracked black pepper. Grill 4 - 5 minutes per side.
