Shrimp & Wild Rice image

Fixed this last night and it was wonderful. The shrimp were bite size and went so well with the rest of the ingredients. I would imagine that this would also be good with cooked chicken.

I didn't have any wild rice, so I used white rice instead. It wasn't as good, but it was still okay.

This recipe was a bit too complicated for me. I think I'll try a simpler shrimp dish next time.

The shrimp were a bit overcooked, but the rest of the dish was delicious.

This dish was a bit too spicy for my taste, but I was able to tone it down by reducing the amount of cayenne pepper.

I added some chopped red pepper to the dish and it gave it a nice pop of color and flavor.

I substituted brown rice for the wild rice and it was still delicious.

I'm not a big fan of shrimp, but I really enjoyed this dish. The wild rice was cooked perfectly and the sauce was flavorful.
