Shrimp Victoria image

I have made this many times and never one bad complaint! :-)

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 lbs. shrimp
8oz. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 large onion
1 stick of butter
1 tablespoon flour

Steps:

  • 1. Saute onion in butter until soft,add flour.Cook for 5 minutes stirring often.
  • 2. Add sour cream and soup,turn heat to medium low.
  • 3. Cook for about 10 to 15 minutes then add shrimp.
  • 4. Cook till shrimp are done,about 5 to 8 minutes.Serve over any pasta.
