SHRIMP STUFFED MUSHROOMS image

Number Of Ingredients 8

3 lb. fresh mushrooms
1/2 box Ritz crackers, crushed
2 C peeled small shrimp
1 1/2 C grated Parmesan
2 1/4 sticks of butter, melted
2 T dried chives
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Lawry salt

Steps:

  • Hollow out mushrooms, wash and drain. Mix remaining ingred. and stuff mushrooms Place mushrooms on cookie sheet and bake until bubbly.
