- Cut celery ribs into 2 inch pieces.
- Finely chop one piece and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Stir in the remaining ingredients and reserved chopped celery.
- Stuff into celery ribs.
- Refrigerate until serving.
