Whenever we go to a restaurant that serves scampi, this is what I get. I absolutely love it! I have used this recipe when we have had company and they always wanted the recipe. My husband doesn't eat seafood, so I don't get to make it very often, but it sure is good.

Steps:
- 1. Shell and clean shrimp. Saute shrimp in butter with onion and garlic, about 5 minutes; turn shrimp once. Transfer shrimp to hot serving dish and set aside. Add seasonings, lemon juice and wine to skillet and heat. Pour over shrimp and sprinkle with parley. Serve with Linguine
