SHRIMP & SCALLOP ALFREDO image

Number Of Ingredients 10

2 lb fetuccini or tortellini
1 lb raw large shrimp peeled
1 lb sea scallops
10 oz fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup fresh chopped basil
4 tbs olive oil
2/3 cup dry white wine
2 can garlic alfredo sauce
pinch of salt
pinch of pepper

Steps:

  • In saucepan cook shrimp, scallops, mushrooms and basil in oil for 2 to 3 minutes or until shrimp are pink. Add wine cook until most of the wine has evaporated, about 1 minute. Add pasta sauce, heat through, season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve mixture over hot pasta.
