Shrimp Salad Italiano (lighter recipe) image

1 package (14 ounces) frozen precooked salad tortellini
3/4 pound cooked peeled deveined medium shrimp, thawed if frozen
1/4 cup sliced ripe olives
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1/3 cup fat-free Italian dressing

Steps:

  • Thaw tortellini as directed on package.
  • Toss tortellini and remaining ingredients until coated with dressing. Refrigerate before serving if desired.
