Shrimp Rakhee image

This is a copycat recipe from a favorite dish at the Waterfront Grill in Monroe, LA.

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 lb fresh shrimp, peeled
1 stick butter, room temperature
1 lb white fresh mushrooms, sliced thinly
1 bunch green onions, chopped
16 oz whipped cream, unsweetened
3/4 c grated parmesan cheese
1/2 c bread crumbs

Steps:

  • 1. Melt the butter. Add mushrooms and onions, Saute until tender.
  • 2. Stir in shrimp. Add the whipped cream and parmesan cheese. Stir all together and pour into casserole dish.
  • 3. Pour bread crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes. Serve over pasta or a grilled steak.
