Here at my home the fried rice king is my brother. We have so many different ways of making up a skillet full of fried rice!!! The possibilities are endless!

Steps:
- 1. Heat the oil and the butter in a large skillet.
- 2. Add the garlic, red chili, red pepper, stir-fry till fragrant.
- 3. Add the patis or soy sauce, oyster sauce and brown sugar, stir-fry till incorporated.
- 4. Add the cooked rice and break up any large clumps and mix till just incorporated.
- 5. Make a well in the middle and pour in the slightly beaten eggs and incorporate it.
- 6. Add the pineapple chunks, shrimp and peas and stir-fry for a minute.
- 7. Remove from heat and place on a serving platter and garnish with green onions and cilantro or parsley.
