Steps:
- cut cherry tomatos in half and evoo and salt and pepper them and place them and the pine nuts in the oven to roast at 275
- put on water for pasta and salt it
- clean shrimp and saute in evoo and add a clove of garlic for taste
- drop pasta
- in food processor add parsley, pine nuts, parm cheese, and garlic and start the machine adding evoo as needed
- mix cooked pasta pesto and shrimp and garnish with roasted tomatos ..... enjoy
