SHRIMP PASTA SALAD
This one is from Lone Star to Five Star, and great for a hot summer evening.

Steps:
- 1. To make the dressing, mix the mayonnaise and wine in a bowl. Add the sugar, onion powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, basil, nutmeg and salt and whisk til smooth.
- 2. To make the salad, mix the shrimp, pasta, bell pepper, celery and green onions in a salad bowl. Add the dressing and toss to coat evenly. Chill, covered, for 1 hour or more. Serve chilled. Serves 5
