Very easy to make, the result is light and fresh. I've used a cantaloupe and the taste was fantastic!

Nice recipe, however I think that feta cheese overpower the taste of the shrimps and the melon. Next time I'll probably try with a different type of cheese, or no cheese at all.

The marinade is simple but very flavorful! Can't wait to try this recipe using other types of melon.

I've tried this recipe with my kids and they really liked it! This is no small deal, because they are picky about their food.
