Shrimp in Spicy Red Sauce image

This is a Mexican recipe I found on one of my many travels around the country. I love the smokey taste of chipotles and try to use them in many dishes, or alone. Have fun with this one and make it your own.

I'm not a huge fan of spicy food, but this dish was still really good. The shrimp were cooked perfectly and the sauce was flavorful without being too spicy.

I wasn't a fan of this recipe. The sauce was too watery and the shrimp were overcooked. I won't be making this again.

This dish was a bit too spicy for me, but my husband loved it. I'll probably make it again, but I'll use less chili peppers next time.
