Steps:
- Boil stock with 1/2 stick of the butter. Heat olive oil in a skillet add 1 stick butter, stir in flour, whisk roux constantly until very smooth. Stir in vegetables, seasoning and hot sauce. Continue to saute for about 5 minutes. Separately saute shrimp in remaining butter. Combine shrimp with seasoning mix. Add to stock. Stir well and serve at once.
