Shrimp and Tomato Migas image

This Migas recipe is a cast-iron beauty. My friends and family know I love shrimp, especially when it's mixed with spices. Staple ingredients in my house are corn tortillas, eggs and cheese, so it's a match made in heaven. -Kim Banick, Turner, Oregon

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my migas turned out soggy. The shrimp was also a bit overcooked. Overall, I was disappointed with this recipe.

This recipe was a bit bland for my taste. I added some extra spices and it helped a lot. Overall, it was a good recipe but it could use some more flavor.
