I'm not sure what went wrong, but my ribs turned out dry and tough. The sauce was also too sweet for my taste.

This recipe was a disaster! The ribs were dry and the sauce was bland. I wouldn't recommend it.

The ribs were a bit tough, but the sauce was great. I'll try cooking them for longer next time.

I'm not a big fan of short ribs, but I tried this recipe and was pleasantly surprised. The ribs were tender and juicy, and the sauce was flavorful without being overpowering. I'll definitely be making this again!

This recipe was easy to follow and the ribs turned out great! I used a combination of beef and pork short ribs, and they were both delicious. The sauce was a little sweet for my taste, but I just added a bit of soy sauce and it was perfect.
