Shirley's Baked Scallops and Shells image

My wonderful mom turns 91 on July 11th and she is still a very independent lady, who loves to create her own recipes. She made this dish the other night, and it was delicious. She was so proud when I told her that I was going to share the recipe with everyone on Food.com.

This recipe was a disaster! The scallops were overcooked and the sauce was too salty. I had to throw the whole thing away.

I thought this recipe was just okay. The scallops were a bit dry and the sauce was too thin. I think I'll try a different recipe next time.

Not a fan. The scallops were overcooked and the sauce was bland. I think I'll stick to my old scallop recipe.
