2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 onion, chopped
1/4 teaspoon msg or 1/4 teaspoon Accent seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce

Steps:

  • Mix all togather in a bowl. Marinate meat (any type) For at least 2 hours.Baste meat with remaining sauce while cooking. Good on Beef, Chicken or Pork!
