Number Of Ingredients 6

1 Tasblespoon sherry vinegar
1 1/4 tsp Dijon mustard
1 shallot minced
pinch salt and fresh ground pepper
3 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 Tablespoon canola oil

Steps:

  • Whish the vinegar, mustard, shallot, salt and pepper in a small bowl until the salt is dissolved. Gradyaklly whisk in the olive and canola oils, and whisk until fully emulsified. Taste and adjust.
