Sherri's Breakfast Casserole image

This is a family favorite-so simple and easy! May be prepared a day ahead and also freezes well after cooking. Great for busy weekends and holidays. I like to serve w/ salsa, fresh fruit, and cinnamon rolls. Enjoy!!!

This casserole is a bit too rich for my taste. I think I would use less butter and cheese next time.

I'm not sure what went wrong, but my casserole turned out really dry. I think I might have used too much bread.

Overall, I thought this casserole was just okay. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything special either.

The casserole was easy to make, but it didn't turn out as fluffy as I expected. I think I overcooked it slightly.

This casserole was a little too bland for my taste. I think I would add some more herbs and spices next time.

I made a few substitutions to the recipe, but the casserole still turned out great! I used whole wheat bread instead of white bread and added some chopped spinach.
