Steps:
- 1. In a skillet, saute onion and garlic in butter.
- 2. Add soup, sherry and water and simmer 1 minute.
- 3. Put cubed beef in a lightly greased large baking pan and pour soup mixture on top.
- 4. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 3 hours.
- 5. Serve over noodles or rice.
