This pasta dish is a great way to use up leftover spinach. I always have a bunch of spinach in my fridge that I need to use up. This is a great way to do it.

I'm a vegetarian so I made this dish without the pancetta. It was still delicious! I added some extra vegetables to make up for the lack of meat. It was a great way to get my daily dose of veggies.

I'm not sure what went wrong, but my dish turned out really watery. I think I might have added too much milk to the sauce. Other than that, the flavors were good.

The recipe was easy to follow and the dish turned out great! The only thing I would change is to add a bit more garlic to the sauce. Other than that, it was perfect.

This pasta dish was a bit too rich for my taste. The sauce was very creamy and the pancetta was a bit too salty. I think I would have preferred it with a lighter sauce and less pancetta.
