I'm not a big fan of lemon-flavored drinks, but this one was actually quite good. The tartness of the lemon was balanced out by the sweetness of the sorbet.

This is the best sgroppino I've ever had! The lemon and prosecco flavors are perfectly balanced and the sorbet adds just the right amount of sweetness.

I thought this was going to be more refreshing, but it was actually quite heavy. I think the sorbet made it too thick.

This was a bit too tart for my taste, but my friends loved it. I think next time I'll use less lemon juice.

Easy to make and absolutely delicious! I used a good quality prosecco and it really made a difference. The sorbet melted just enough to make it a perfect consistency.
