1 Head Lettuce
1 cup chopped bell pepper
1 pkg. frozen peas - uncooked
1 Tbsp. sugar
1-1 1/2 cup of mayo
8 strips of crumbled bacon
1 cup chopped celery
1 1/2 chopped onion
2 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Steps:

  • Arrange vegetables in layers. DO NOT TOSS. Spread mayo on top. Sprinkle with sugar and cheese. Cove and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Sprinkle bacon on top just before serving.
