Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all the meatloaf ingredients in a large bowl and comine with your hands until well mixed. Press together and form a loaf being careful not to over pack the loaf. Place the formed loaf in a cast iron skillet. Smooth out the top to be almost flat. In a separate bowl mix together the glaze. Once the sugar has incorporated into the mix use a spoon to spread over the meatloaf. Some of the glaze will be left over for after the loaf cooks. Make sure to coat the sides of the meatloaf. Place in middle of the 350 degree oven and cook for 50mins to 1 hour until done. At 50 mins the meatloaf should be juicy and done and the glaze should be set. Remove and let stand for five minutes. Slice, serve and enjoy with a side of arugula salad.
