Steps:
- 1. Soften peanut butter over low to medium low heat.
- 2. In a large bowl mix together the peanut butter, soy sauce, water, ginger, garlic, vinegar sesame oil, honey, and fire oil. Set a side.
- 3. Place the 1 to 2 pounds of beans in a steamer and steam to a soft but firm doneness. They should be crisp to the bite but not hard.
- 4. Place beans in a serving bowl.
- 5. Mix the beans with the sesame sauce.
- 6. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Serve warm.
