Sesame Green Beans image

You may use fresh green beans but it takes a bit longer to cook. This is great as a fast side dish :-)

Number Of Ingredients 5

2 can(s) green beans, liquid drained
1/4 c chicken broth, fat-free
2 Tbsp roasted sesame seeds
1 pinch sea salt, finely ground
1 pinch black pepper

Steps:

  • 1. Drain 2 cans of greens beans and place in medium skillet on top of stove.
  • 2. Add the chicken broth and allow to simmer for 10 minutes.
  • 3. Add the sesame seeds and salt & pepper...stir well. Continue to cook over med to low heat for another five minutes. That's it, ready to serve and eat. Enjoy :-)
