I'm not a big fan of cilantro, so I omitted it from the recipe. The dish was still delicious without it.

This recipe is a great way to use up leftover chicken. I had some cooked chicken breast in the fridge and I didn't know what to do with it. I found this recipe and it was perfect! The chicken was so tender and moist, and the sauce was delicious.

This seco de pollo recipe is a keeper! The chicken was so tender and flavorful, and the sauce was rich and complex. I loved the addition of the olives and raisins, which gave the dish a nice sweet and savory balance.
