Steps:
- 1. Thickly slice the potatoes lengthwise.
- 2. Place the potatoes in a flat baking dish.
- 3. Pour the dressing over the potatoes and marinate for 1 hour, turning occasionally to make sure that all are coated with dressing.
- 4. Preheat the oven to 450.
- 5. Place the potatoes on a nonstick baking sheet.
- 6. Bake until tender and golden brown.
