Seared King Fish and Mustard Cream and Caper Sauce image

King Fish is a popular NZ game fish. Mostly cooked as steaks. I made this sauce up, as sometimes King Fish can be dry if not fresh enough. The sauce is also great with Tuna or Steak.

The fish was a little overcooked, but the sauce was delicious. I would definitely try this recipe again, but I would cook the fish for a shorter amount of time.

This dish was a bit too rich for my taste, but the flavors were all there. I think I would have liked it better if I had used a lighter sauce.

I was a little hesitant to try this recipe because I'm not a big fan of fish, but I'm so glad I did! The fish was cooked perfectly and the sauce was amazing. I will definitely be making this again.
