Seafood Salad II image

This tasty seafood salad is comprised of real shrimp and crab meat tossed with crunchy vegetables and some fresh jalapeno for zing! Remove the membrane from the jalapeno--that's the really fiery part!

The salad was easy to make, but it didn't turn out as I expected. The flavors didn't really come together.

I found the salad to be a bit bland. I think it could have used some more seasoning.

This salad was a bit too tangy for my taste, but I think that's because I used too much lemon juice.

The dressing is perfect - tangy, creamy, and just a little bit sweet.
