Sea Island Bourbon Punch image

Number Of Ingredients 10

One 750-ml bottle bourbon
1 liter soda water
Two 16-ounce bottles ginger ale
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons maraschino cherry juice
Pinch of ground cinnamon
Peel and juice of 2 lemons
Peel and juice of 1 orange
Ice, for serving
Maraschino cherries, candied ginger and fresh mint sprigs, for serving

Steps:

  • In a large punch bowl or pitcher, mix together the bourbon, soda water, ginger ale, sugar, maraschino cherry juice, cinnamon, and the lemon and orange peels and juice.
  • Serve over ice, with a cherry, piece of candied finger and a sprig of mint.
