Time 5m

Yield 1 London Fog, 1 serving(s)

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 cup milk (or just over depending on the size of cup you choose)
one bag earl grey tea
1 pinch cinnamon
1 pinch nutmeg

Steps:

  • bring the milk to a boil on the stove, careful not to burn it. (If you're short on time or looking for a quicker more convenient alternative to the stove, you can always use the microwave, but be careful not to blow it up. try 1 minute intervals and stir in between each to avoid heat pockets.).
  • remove the milk from the stove and pour into glass or mug whichever you prefer and add the tea bag. let steep for 3-6 minutes depending how strong you like it. (I recommend somewhere in the middle!).
  • stir in the nutmeg (optional, but it ads some extra yummy flavour!) and sprinkle the cinnamon on top. voila!

I'm not a big fan of lavender, so I omitted the lavender syrup. It was still very good, but I think it would have been even better with the syrup.

I tried this recipe with decaf Earl Grey tea, and it was still delicious. It's a great option for those who want to enjoy a warm and comforting drink without the caffeine.

This was my first time making a London Fog, and it turned out great! The instructions were easy to follow, and the drink was delicious. I'll definitely be making this again.

I love that this recipe uses real lavender syrup instead of artificial flavoring. It makes such a difference in the taste.

This recipe is a winner! I've made it several times now, and it's always a hit with my friends and family. The vanilla and lavender flavors are a perfect match, and the frothed milk makes it extra special.

Meh. I found the flavor to be a bit bland. Perhaps I didn't use a strong enough Earl Grey tea.

This recipe is a lifesaver! I'm not a coffee drinker, but I needed something warm and comforting to sip on in the mornings. This London Fog hits the spot perfectly. It's creamy, flavorful, and has just the right amount of caffeine to give me a boost

I've tried many London Fog recipes before, but this one takes the cake. The addition of lavender syrup adds a unique and floral note that complements the tea and vanilla beautifully. It's like a warm hug in a cup.

This London Fog was delightful! The combination of Earl Grey tea, vanilla, and frothed milk was perfectly balanced, creating a warm and cozy drink that was perfect for a cold day. I especially appreciated that the recipe included a step-by-step guide
